| Our fees
At George Butunoiu we charge a fixed fee for each assignment based on estimated professional time and complexity degree. By doing so, the Client is able to budget accurately for the work we perform from the very beginning. Our standard professional fee for conducting an executive search assignment is not calculated in relation to the successful candidate's salary; instead, it corresponds to the degree of difficulty of the assignment. The minimum fee that we charge per assignment is € 12.000. |
